Nitride na Aluminum

Idan aka haɗa shi da fa'idodin aiki na kayan al'ada na Al2O3 da BeO, yumbu na Aluminum Nitride (AlN), wanda ke da babban ƙarfin lantarki na thermal (mai jure zafi na monocrystal shine 275W/m▪k, ƙarfin lantarki na thermal na polycrystal shine 70~210W/m▪k), ƙarancin ƙarfin lantarki, ƙimar faɗaɗa zafi da aka daidaita da silicon kristal guda ɗaya, da kyawawan kaddarorin rufin lantarki, abu ne mai kyau don abubuwan da aka yi da da'ira da marufi a masana'antar microelectronics. Hakanan abu ne mai mahimmanci don abubuwan da aka yi da yumbu na tsarin zafin jiki mai zafi saboda kyawawan halayen injinan zafin jiki mai zafi, halayen zafi da kwanciyar hankali na sinadarai.

Yawan AlN na ka'ida shine 3.26g/cm3, taurin MOHS shine 7-8, juriyar zafin ɗaki ya fi 1016Ωm, kuma faɗaɗa zafin jiki shine 3.5×10-6/℃ (zafin ɗaki na 200℃). Tukwanen AlN masu tsabta ba su da launi kuma suna da haske, amma za su kasance launuka daban-daban kamar launin toka, fari mai launin toka ko rawaya mai haske, saboda ƙazanta.

Baya ga yawan amfani da zafi, tukwanen AlN suma suna da fa'idodi masu zuwa:
1. Kyakkyawan rufin lantarki;
2. Ma'aunin faɗaɗa zafi iri ɗaya tare da silicon monocrystal, mafi girma fiye da kayan kamar Al2O3 da BeO;
3. Ƙarfin injina mai ƙarfi da irin wannan ƙarfin lanƙwasa tare da yumbun Al2O3;
4. Matsakaicin dielectric constant da dielectric asara;
5. Idan aka kwatanta da BeO, yanayin zafi na tukwane na AlN ba shi da tasiri sosai, musamman sama da 200℃;
6. Juriyar zafin jiki mai yawa da juriyar tsatsa;
7. Ba mai guba ba;
8. A yi amfani da shi a masana'antar semiconductor, masana'antar karafa ta sinadarai da sauran fannoni na masana'antu.
